This festival is held along the 1200 meter street called Kappabashi-Hon-Dori between Asakusa and Ueno in July.
Tanabata is one of the traditional events in Summer. People write down their wishes on Tanzaku (a colorful piece of paper) and hung them in a bamboo tree.
